If you scroll alllll the way down to the bottom of the page and click on “Shipping and Returns” you will see part of the instructions includes the following quote: “At Fly Supply Clothing, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an inccorect item, or damaged goods we will exchange the item(s) accordingly. In order to satisfy your return, we require that you return the product to:” I called to inquire about returning 2 of my 4 shirts because the materials are entirely different, too heavyweight for my liking. On the other end of the line, I was met with lots of attitude. It was very obvious that she was irritated, as of she didn’t want to take my call, and did not demonstrate customer service/satisfaction. It was very off-putting and made me feel shamed or guilty for calling in.
