This was a stark contrast to a previous experience elsewhere, where I encountered unhelpful staff. Because of this, I returned to this store and ended up purchasing the rest of my items, resulting in a significant sale for them. I am very dissatisfied with the handling of my recent order. My delivery arrived on the wrong date, despite the information provided. Consequently, I was not home, and instead of following proper procedures, my parcel was left unattended in my garden without my consent. When I returned, it was gone, resulting in a loss of both the product and £150. I contacted the support team and was informed that an investigation would take up to 10 working days, but now I must wait until 17 January for a resolution, with no explanation for the delay. This situation is unacceptable, as the incorrect delivery and unsafe handling are not my fault. Customer service has been frustratingly slow and unclear. I expected more from a company of this size, and unless this is resolved quickly with a full refund or replacement, I cannot recommend them.

My order faced multiple delays, and I was not allowed to cancel it even after speaking to a representative (the chat support was unhelpful!). Customer service was slow and condescending. I won't be purchasing from here again, as now I have to wait for the order to arrive and then return it, having already bought from another place.
If I could give zero stars, I would! My online experience was terrible. I ordered a pair of shoes and was informed of a delay. Later, I received a message stating that I had canceled my order and would get a refund, which is false! I never canceled anything. I can accept issues with orders, but I cannot accept being lied to about my actions.
I ordered a pair of trainers on Friday the 19th, and they were delivered on the 23rd without any issues. I received updated emails and could easily track my parcel. Given the mixed reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery and will be using this service again.
