they'll charge you for stuff without your consent or notifying you. I had no idea that they were going to charge me $100 for the "consultation" which was just a few online messages. They're a bunch of online thieves.

The company Livewell is great to deal with. The exceptional service they provide is outstanding! The response time when you message them is fantastic. They are very thorough when making sure you're healthy before they prescribe any medication.

Poor follow up

While the interaction with a health care provider is good, the follow up is abysmal. You have to pay $99 up front, then wait 2 or more days (right now I'm at three full days, no response) to hear anything.When I had a question only a few weeks into using the medication, I also had to pay the full consultation fee for just a quick inquiry. Not the same as a relationship with a primary physician.UPDATE: it took three days but I did hear back and the PA was excellent. If you are in a rush, not a good option. If you are not, the providers are good.

They were very quick in their turn…

They were very quick in their turn around, and they didn’t make me feel like I was under the microscope. When I tried with another company they immediately turned me away because I didn’t meet the obese category. But for me being 40-50 pounds overweight and with zero results from exercise and diet that extra weight made me feel like I was obese. I was grateful that Livewell accepted me and didn’t turn me away. I’m looking forward to tool I heard so much about and how much it has helped people like me. Thank you!

DO NOT PURCHASE WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATION…

DO NOT PURCHASE WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATION FROM LIVEWELL. The nurse practitioners are very misleading and will evade all questions regarding fees. I was told explicitly that I was getting two pens, they are now charging for the second, regardless of what I was told. To top it off, it costs $100 for every fill. This is a purely profit based company. They will give Ozempic to ANYONE.
