Layko introduced herself well and at the same time she clearly delivered all the information needed regarding the my ecampus site. She is a great help for us new students. Another good thing about Layko is the tone of her voice is so soft and her fluency is understandable. She also makes sure all inquiries and questions are answered.
Studying the foundation education as given me a great insight to learning about Childcare and giving me the right tools to learn and thrive for my future career. I’ve spoken with Carl and getting feedback well with each unit I do. Every Unit I have done has been very easy to read and lots of information has been provided well.
It was very hard for me to contact the support team. I sent an email and left a message and no one got back to me. Once I did get through (with the help of Paul the careers advisor who is amazing) I got the help I needed. Layko was so helpful and patient and answered all my questions.
