After placing an enquiry, I received a call from a staff member who was bright, bubbly and full of wonderful and helpful information. Made my choice very easy, the process was fast and looking forward to starting and finishing this certificate.
I regret everything the content is so bad and the support was terrible since day one that I dont trust them anymore. They neglected my emails and texts for 2 weeks. There are spelling mistakes in the content or they take sentences straight from sources that they don’t reference. You can tell that some paragraphs have been paraphrased poorly and use the most stupid synonyms. I wish I just waited and studied through TAFE. I am so unhappy but I have to continue my course because I have to pay regardless. They told me it would be $70 a week but Its closer to $80 and for some reason sometimes $90. I wish I could just get out of the course and not pay any further. Don’t waste your time. :(
Please think twice before signing up with Foundation Education. I’ve had the most stressful and disappointing experience of my life with them. I finished and submitted every assessment for my Certificate IV in Education Support — yet months later, nothing has been marked. Instead, they keep calling me trying to pressure me into paying another $5,000 for a 6-month “extension”, even though I’ve already completed everything.From day one, the support has been terrible. When I asked for help getting my Working with Children Card, I was literally told to figure it out myself and then hung up on. Every time I’ve asked for help since, no one has been helpful or respectful. My placement school has even said that the course content doesn’t line up with WA standards, and honestly, I agree — it feels like it’s written for teachers, not education assistants.This whole thing has caused me so much stress and health issues. I’m currently unemployed because I can’t get my certificate signed off. I’ve already sent in a formal complaint and will take legal action if they don’t fix this immediately. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Be careful before handing over your money — they talk big, but they don’t deliver.
The telephone operator greatly helped. I want to rank 5 for her, but I sent an email 8 days ago to request the same thing, I had been waiting and waiting. The telephone operator gave me my documents within a few minutes why did I need to wait more than a week if it's via email.
Do not do courses with these people. I plan to make this known to the media that they are a scam. They must be exposed for the frauds they are. Which I plan on doing myself. They advertise under the free tafe options. Which is false advertising & then go after your credit rating. I want government to step in & stop them.
