This is nothing more than a sham sales company based overseas. THEY ARE A SCAM.*edit************ they instantly added another review re. debit success straight after this one.... .... ... ***These 5 star reviews are fake. The users have only done 1 review which is ironic.I signed up with FE in March 2024.They will bombard you with calls to sign up after putting in your details. The reason i signed up for this as it was on a TAFE website and looked credible.. I asked about work placements as this was the reason for me signing up. I spoke to them 3 times on the phone .They reassured me that if i couldn't find one they would help even if it meant to travel further which i have since been told on an email that i said i would find one based on the recorded calls.i should have trusted my gut that they are a dodgy company. I struggled to find one and rang them on several occasions to tell them and they did not offer any support like they emphasise on their website.I was given a list from their database where prior students had been for their work placement". I called all 14 of them and NONE had heard of FE. Or none had taken on work placements and these were people worked there for 1-5 years.Any concerns, you're told to email a generic email and they will call back, and provide no help other than to keep redirecting you back to the same inbox. The payment plan is through Debitsuccess. FE will contact you re. "special discounts" to pay FE directly to their bsb and ac. DO NOT PAY THEM THEY ARE A SCAM. i called debit success after a conversation on the phone with the accounts manager Meriam. She told me she could log in to my account and could discount the total amount which makes no sense.. Debit success told me that they collect the payments on behalf of the company.They charge you for course extensions which is ironic too considering how long they take to mark assessments. They also superseded the course 4 months after me signing up, and they don't tell you you have to complete the units. This means the assessments AND the work placement. The work placement is 120 hours, which logically to complete the WP part of each unit and get it ticked off without doing the work placement in bulk makes no sense whatsoever. They make you redo the whole course again if you haven't done the work placement part of the units you have already completed,From looking at other reviews it looks like that part too, was also incredibly difficult.The courses they offer you can do for free at TAFE.Save yourself the waste of $$ and time and go through a legitimate certification.
After having received an email regarding the use of debit success that had not been granted by myself for my course,I contacted Foundation Education and spoke to Jean,she swiftly and professionally contacted debit success to inform them of the mistake and took my payment in full to complete the payment,she was a great help and can’t commend her on her service enough,thanks again Jean.
