Review Time
I bought their 2.0 black hoodie, and I think it’s well made & the fabric is heavy enough that it hangs well when wearing. I’m not sure what other people are buying, but I did not have a bad experience. The size is MD/L and I do feel that I may need to return it for the smaller size since it quite a bit larger than I thought it would be. I hope the return/exchange process goes well. Keeping track of the item did concern me but it shipped :)
Updated:Company responded back and admitted item will probably not be in stock again. Offered to refund or ship another size. I chose another size. As of now, issue is resolved. Two stars because I ordered twice. Received my second order but the order I placed over a month ago still has not been shipped. I was getting responded to, now they are not responding.I am still missing an order.
While I really wanted to support this company, it is virtually impossible to do so considering their awful products, gross sizing inaccuracies, questionable customer service and terrible return policy (or lack thereof). I have been dealing with this company for two years, because I am stuck with a gift card which does not even begin to compensate for the amount of money I have lost due to shipping and returns. Because I was between sizes for a particular dress, I asked customer service for guidance. Not helpful at all; they merely referred me back to their size guide, so I purchased my usual size. Big mistake. I had to return it at my expense and get a ridiculously low amount gift card. Then I tried ordering the same dress a size larger and it still didn't fit! Plus the zipper was broken. They willingly paid for that to be returned but I was still stuck with a gift card that barely covers anything, because this company is so overpriced for poor quality items. Their shipping rates are even expensive and free shipping over $175! What a joke. I won't order clothes from them and I am waiting to use my gift card for accessories so that I can be done with them. It is odd that a company supposedly run by women for women and made in the US has such bad policies.
Their shoes run small compared to the advertised size. I usually wear a 9, but I could barely get my foot in, let alone zip it up. I've had similar sizing issues with some of their other clothing. I like their style but I don't think I can shop here anymore.
The first item was a $120 coat that advertised faux fur details. Not even close. Cheap velveteen. Looked like it came from the Halloween store. Even worse is the $15 return shipping. And you only get store credit. Next thing I got was in my size but way too tight. Again, had to pay for return shipping. Next size up is huge! Other people have complained about sizing; the company says "sizing may differ a couple of inches or two depending on fabric." A couple of inches is a whole size difference! I ended up having to eat $170 because I don't want to spend a total of $45 on shipping and risk another crap product. In the end, I'm stuck with something I can't wear after all that. Customer service was prompt and nice, but terribly shoddy products & one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had & I shop a lot. Huge hassle and waste of money.
