Well I ordered with them.. couple days later said my items shipped...was stuck in preshipment for a week and a half.. now I'm getting an email saying one of my items is being refunded due to inventory inaccuracy. Probably shouldn't say you have shipped items when you physically didn't have them. I've ordered through them before and wasn't super thrilled the first time but this second go around really put the nail in the coffin for me.. customer service here needs work

Good brand, stitching needs work

I’ll start by saying I love this brand and have mostly only good experiences:Shipping: takes about a week to two weeks from ordering to receiving. Which is to be expected from a smaller brand.Material: I love the fabrics they use, they feel better and more sturdy than my fast fashion pieces.Stitching: This area needs work. I have two dozen pieces from Foxblood and after a few wears, several pieces stitches are starting to come apart. Luckily it’s a quick fix for me but not something I should have to worry about at this price point. Stitching is why I took one star off.Customer service: I’ve only ever had good experiences interacting with them. I once accidentally placed an order without everything I needed in my cart, they very quickly responded to my email to cancel the order. I’ve asked them about restocks on IG and they swiftly and politely replied. I’ve also never experienced an error in missing or incorrect items and I’ve purchased from them about a dozen times now.

Not the best quality

I have only purchased through another shop that stocks it as I don’t live in the US. I love the vibe of the store and their products but I must admit, it’s pretty expensive for cheaply made black clothing. The quality isn’t great and something like you’d get off Shein but I like the styles they stock.
