Great service

Great service. I do think that the volumizer is thinner than it was when I started purchasing it a few years ago. Still good quality and I'll continue to use Foxy Locks but this particular piece doesn't fill out the hair as much as it used to.

Bad delivery

I did not like the delivery and customer service. I sent 2 emails, never received the answers. On the parcel the value was 100 euros more than I paid of that I had to pay 100 euros extra custom charges! I will never order from the anymore. Bad service!!
