Been using Foxy Locks for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried other brands too, but Foxy Locks are definitely the best. They last a long time (if you take proper care of them) and they make me feel like a million! And if there’s a problem, support is always helpful too.
Still have not received my product. Have no gotten and update as to when I will. The website is not great to navigate in order to try a get in touch with someone to help with the arrival of my package. I need this for my wedding and I’m starting to think they’re never coming since it’s been 3 months now. Just wish I was given an update or a way to communicate with the company.
I had originally written a bad review as the extensions weren’t up to their usual standard. But someone contacted me and asked me to send the extensions back so they could investigate, within a week they sorted me a new set and sent it with next day delivery. This new set is amazing and the customer service from Brigit was amazing.
