Amazing hair and customer service !

The extensions are the best quality I’ve ever used, soft, luxurious, stunning colours! On top of that, the customer service is 10/10. I ordered a pony tail and due to a technical error it wasn’t actually in stock, they emailed me immediately to apologise for the error and the lady I spoke with went back and forth with me all day as I tried to decide on a suitable swap. Once I decided to swap for clip ins, they were dispatched straight away and arrived by 11am the next morning I couldn’t believe it. I’ve used foxy locks for years, through many colour changes and I honestly believe they get better each set I order! Quality is unmatched in my opinion.

So happy! Great quality

The colour is dead on, the quality is superior. The extensions arrived so quickly. Clips are also really good quality and hold very well. Looks amazing in, I’m wearing them for my wedding and I’m so excited for my hair trial.

Extremely poor quality products and poor customer service

Extensions are poor quality and can get much better from multiple other brands for better value - I just got a good deal on these from a discount but will definitely not be buying from them again. Extremely poor customer service. Didn't deliver the product then tried to charge me an extra £5 to redeliver it. When I asked for a refund as my product hadn't been delivered they then took an extra £5 off the refund amount (which they failed to deliver in the first place due to not inputting the right address). Honestly such petty and ridiculous behaviour from a company. So disappointed.

Very good customer service

The customer service is great. I exchanged with Josie who was able to perfectly advise me to find the ideal colour. You don't wait a day before you get an answer, you have one within half an hour! It's great!
