Horrible customer service along with…

Horrible customer service along with terrible hair. I’m a hair stylist and work on hair extensions. I wanted to get my hair a break from tape ins and ordered this hair; wore it once and it was all tangled after one use. The quality is terrible! They refused to exchange the hair within the time frame of me receiving it. I understand the policy but point blank but It’s TERRIBLE HAIR. They DONT back up their product at all. It’s so bad. I never leave reviews but I’m SOOOO upset. Don’t waste your money on this company!

Love Love Love!!!

I’m so glad I got these extensions! They are perfect! After dying my hair multiple times, my hair has gotten finer and these helped thicken the look of it. Not to mention, my hair is Magentaaaa and I dyed these to match as well. They took the color and matched perfectly!!!! Yaaaasss XD I’m so in looooove!!! I’m gonna buy more extensions from this site! Highly recommend!!!

I loved these extensions but the box…

I loved these extensions but the box came damaged and the color was darker than expected. I live in the United States and I went to try to return them through UPS and it was going to cost me $200 to send them back.. that’s what I paid for the extensions. I’ve been trying to get ahold of customer service but nothing. I’m not sure what to do at this point because $200 is a lot of money to be out
