Review Time
I’ve always used foxy locks for ten years now. However my new set of extensions don’t stay in my hair and just glide out, it’s like the full grip doesn’t work, only the ends grab. I’ve compared them to my old set which do not budge at all even with no back combing! The only difference I can see between the clips is that they now put their branding on it but somewhere between changing the clips the quality has been lost. I’m so sad as I cannot return now I’ve opened the main compartment of the packaging but only realised this after putting the whole set in my hair.
They have great customer service. I live in the USA and my daughter ordered hair that she decided she didn’t want it anymore. Typical 15 year old. I emailed customer service, they said I could return the hair. Hair since has been returned and have had great communication with them throughout the whole process. I can’t express how good their customer service is. Hair was excellent quality as well.
I am so disappointed with foxy locks having ordered before, I honestly do not understand what they have done to their hair! It’s awful! I have had them since December when the hair arrived I was so pleased and then …. After washing around 4 weeks in and following the care instructions the hair became impossible to wear, it mattes terrible and looks horrendous! I would say full synthetic hair is not as bad quality as these! I paid £150 for 4 weeks use, I am totally devastated! Avoid like the plague!
Better set. I had a disappointing set last time with clips not even clipping down correctly having to replace the lot. But brought a new set as I changed my colour . I'll stand what I said before I must of had a bad batch as this set is like the rest I received perfect, no complaints lovely soft perfect in everyway
The product didn’t arrive yet, due to customs, being such an expensive product you should advertise about this before buying instead of putting the information at the very last of the page where no one is going to look at it. So here I am waiting for the extensions to arrive from November and without any hopes of receiving them even I’ve paid 90€ of taxes appart of the 178€ from the extensions.
I got 26 inch cinnamon tape ins, loved the colour and length, I bought these as I’ve had there clip in’s before, so I got the tapes when they was realised but the glue they used was terrible I got them professionally put in but they fell out after the first wash, the glue isn’t strong at all! I had to remove them all and replace the glue and then get them refitted. I’ve been wearing the hair for 6 months now and it’s still looks nice but I just went to buy some more hair to replace them as the ends have gotten thin but they’ve doubled in price! Before it cost £195 per 50g for 26inch and now it’s saying £330 per 50g for 26 inch which is a nearly double in costing,(you’ll need at least 150g-200g for a full head) unfortunately won’t be buying again at that increased price
I’ve spent £300 in total on 2 sets of the deluxe platinum blonde 20 inch hair extensions. 1 set - within 1 week of owning these completely changed colour without washing2nd set - completely different shade from my 1st set not matching my hair. Very brassy
