I am shocked! I have been buying hair extensions for close to 12 years and these are by far the best quality extensions I have ever purchased. A little above my usual price budget but after reading reviews, doing my research etc… I decided to bite the bullet. Delivery was quick. Packaging was immaculate. The box they come in with the little separate compartment with one piece to make sure it’s definitely the right colour for you… wooow!! I got The seamless clip ins 18” jet black and I am obsessed!!!
Fast delivery and excellent quality of hair. The colours are fantastic and realistic so they blend seamlessly with natural hair. The hair is thicker and well hidden more so than other clip in extensions I have tried. I’ve ordered from here about 4 times now and I’m always pleased with the result!
After reading through reviews i see a lot of people are having the same issue as myself. Firstly my extensions 26inch platinum were lost. Back and fourth to foxy locks for answers and they keep telling me i had to wait to follow procedure when in fact all it took was to ring DHL to find out my extensions were lost. After that process and multiple calls and emails. I get landed with a customs bill of over €100 after paying €300+ for extensions. Had no choice only to pay.After a few wears, mind you I’m buying from this company for 6 years the extensions start to matt and become uncontrollable. Going into a ball and having to brush constantly. The quality not the same. Have to be synthetic!! After reading other people reviews i see a lot of people saying the same. I reached out to customer service AGAIN sent pictures and they ask me to send back to review. As if, as i am after going through so much already with this order was i gonna go through the process of sending them back. I am hugely disappointed and saddened that you would treat loyal customers like this. To con them into buying faulty expensive goods. I will be taken this further. And customer service is quick but condescending in there replies not at all helpful. Not a fan!!
I was a bit worried ordering due to some reviews but I’m so in love with the extensions there so soft and so light but thick I feel like I’m not even wearing any I had to buy blonde because my hair is pink and dye took to them so well matches great I was always one to buy a different brand but these are my now go to I even accidentally slept in them and there in still great condition
