Finding Cyberlink products was such a relief. Didn't take me long to switch from Adobe expensive products to cyberlink. Not only they offer way greater value for money but is way more user friendly - The photo editing for example - I can do it all in one software, very easy to find your way around, where before I always had to switch between Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. The Video editor also is great.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I downloaded the DVD player twice and couldn't install it. I asked for my money back by letter, Email and through PayPal --- nothing. It appears this company doesn't care if you have a good result and keeps your money. They seem to have no customer service at all.
Good when it works, but there seems to be a system of letting the full version of PowerDirector crash every minute or so after more than 1-2 years, and of course the only solution is to buy the upgrade. So expect the full version to stop working after 1-2 years. This happened to me with 3 different versions now. It seems they want to force people into the subscription even if that means they have to upgrade the full version every 1-2 years...
Wonderful and beautiful creative experience.When the products worked.Had screen recorder the audio and photo editor but my primary cyberlink program was power director. Upgraded from v 14 to a subscription power director 365.Most titles and plugin effects are subpar and almost inmature.But could render and produce faster than any other editors ive used. Till the day it didnt work. Call the support phone number. Says call back during regular business hours. I called 11am est. So i filled out the support request form and submitted it.Received an email saying it was posted to a forum.God knows where this forum is, maybe.How this was suppose to help me produce the film that took i months to compose and research, but that was as much as they could offer.The program began becoming a resource hog. It would begining showing ads while producing and to accomplish this it began running 8 msedgewebview after i uninstalled msedgewebview.Bent to remove ads for paid subscription customers.Just put alot of subscription money into their product to receive no customer service.I am returning to videomeld by goldwave. In the age of no customer support they respond and make their user forums easy to access
