Mollie’s birthday

I purchased this for my Daughter’s birthday which is today. It arrived in good time and the personalisation was spot on. There’s a wide variety of things it can be used for where she lives so hopefully when things are back to normal she’ll enjoy using it. She’s delighted with it.

A huge disappointment!!!

Definitely not easy to use or understand how it works and feels overall more like a scam than actually a present.Got a presentkort today, realized I have to pay with that money for a box but no smartbox matches the price of the presentkort (499), meaning I have to find something higher and pay the extra money. Really disappointed that I am forced to pay extra to receive the present that right now I am not even sure if I will ever get it. Not easy at all to understand how the whole system works. Definitely not recommending it, I am going to say to all of my friends that this is the worst present anyone could get. I feel sorry for anyone who have lost their money over this.

Easy to do

Easy to do. I sent an email with the voucher attached for a birthday present which was easy to open and print. I bought a couples experience but they haven't been able to book anything yet due to Covid 19 however have been enjoying looking at potential places. The voucher is valid for 2 years which is ideal due to uncertainty at when they will be able to go anywhere. I would certainly recommend buying something similar and thinking of doing it myself.

Not option to send box only told to print out voucher

Didn’t give me option to post only download but I don’t have a printer and it’s a birthday one a 30 th birthday for my daughter in law so how do I give her a print out sheet and no box ??? Not goodI have already purchased so not much I can do with it as her birthday is June and do I just show her my phone ?? Not what I wanted or expected
