Hotel break

Bought the gift and was relatively easy, but hotel didn't seem to know I just booked with reference. Had to go back and forth through customer service who were really good and got it sorted. Great price though, especially with voucher code. Will definitely use again. 👍

Perfect gift for a special birthday

I bought a voucher to send to my friend for her "zero" birthday and emailed it to her directly. She was thrilled with it. What I-and she-particularly like is that she will be able to choose an experience from literally hundreds on offer. I just didn't know what to buy and came across your website and thought it was the perfect gift. She also has a long time in which to use it, which is ideal.

Having been bought a Smartbox dining…

Having been bought a Smartbox dining for two experience I was keen to identify a suitable venue for this.However, in the glossy booklet that accompanied the voucher the map of the UK the allocated numbers, together with their supposed geographical locations do not tally. Eg:. No 47 'The Horse and Cart Inn, Rye, is shown on the South East page as being near Portsmouth. No 58 The Marquis Inn at Dover is shown to be near Plymouth.It is a shame (and a fundamental flaw) that the numbers do not correspond to the correct location of the venue. I am surprised that this was not picked up and corrected, prior to publication.
