Review Time
Ordered a box for next day delivery, but accidentally confirmed my order to my old address. I quickly emailed and called the following morning before dispatch, and the customer services person was friendly, helpful, and understanding. The box arrived on time to the correct address. I’m happy with the service so far.
As mentioned by others, dont buy one for hotel break, send someone the cash. You can't book the dates from the website and have to contact the "partner" directly. When you contact the hotels they say the vouchers are only valid from Sunday to Thursday! Of corse the quietest times because most people would want it for a weekend. Better off using the £200 and booking direct!
Bought two driving days, one for my daughter and one for my son-in-law. They have done this before and loved it, so I'm sure they will enjoy their birthday gifts when they receive them next month. Service and delivery from the team was brilliant. Will definitely use them again.
Great range of products available. However the website wasnt exactly user friendly. My discount code had "expired" and it wouldnt accept my card payment even though id double checked the details. However you have an excellent customer service team because i received a new code by email and they took my order over the phone instead. Would use again after the service they provided!
