I placed an order with FreeRange Supplements for 9 bottles of Parapurge. During checkout, they used a manipulative “bump offer” trick that sneakily added another product (TUDCA) to my cart—without my clear consent.I immediately contacted them on the day the order was placed (Aug 19) to cancel or correct the mistake. They ignored me for 9 days, shipped the order anyway, and are now refusing to issue a refund unless I pay to return an item I never wanted or ordered.Their “support” is full of gaslighting language, blaming me for “manually selecting the item” when it was clearly a deceptive upsell tactic.This is predatory, unethical, and possibly illegal. I’ve reported them to: • GoDaddy (domain registrar) • FTC for deceptive business practices • Florida Attorney General • My credit card company for a full chargebackAvoid this company. If you’ve been scammed, file a dispute and report them. Don’t give them a single dollar.
Item on website says made and shipped from the USA, tracking slip says my order is at the international airport, and then it cleared customs...not made in the USA, not shipped from the USA, false advertisement, dispute the charge and get your money back.
Well it all started when I was placing the order .. as soon as I finished I was bombarded with upsells which was very annoying and the first greedy fed flag ... and then come to find out .. the fine print under the place order button is enrolling you into a VIP membership .. so with that they charge you 49.00$ per month .. 2nd greedy red flag .. so if you don't read the fine print you wont find out about the VIP membership until you notice your card was charged again ... I wish I had researched this company before I made a purchase because its enough distrust that I don't even trust to take the supplements when they arrive in the mail .. I will just throw them in the trash & take the loss
Im reading the negative reviews. Do people forget you can sue these people? Such things as the attorney general of Florida. What about the F.D.A? I smell class action lawsuit against these people. Especially if a chemical analysis comes back that this is just flower or something. The company is registered under a Gabriel, Miller on Sunbiz which is under a Florida LLC.
Can you say, SCAM. You order You pay they take and send no conformation, no tracking number, no updates on your order and why it never came. So You email ( 22 times for me) and you Call their "custom service" phone number and you are told there is a high volume of calls and to wait. I have called 8 times, Different days of the week Mon- Fri different hours between 9am and 5 pm within their stated hours of operation and I have sat on hold for over an hour each time NEVER ONCE IN ALL THOSE CALLS did anyone, any human or Ai, ever answer their phone. So you go to the protection agency on line and fill out fraud forms and you call your credit card company and start a dispute. I order 6 bottles because I have 2 dogs dying of cancer and was hoping that this might just help. But according to other reviews the question is what is really in the pills if you ever receive them? No 3rd party testing And good ,luck with their "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" you have to be able to contact them for a return address and that is in my experience with this scam company Is MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. I will do everything I can on social media to debunk this Scam Company. Do you know anyone can purchase a "Functional Medicine Certification" online. I've been "offered" one for the past two years via emails. And the only thing this scam company is truly good at is filling your email inbox with endless ads to buy their products that is my personal experience are never shipped out. If you do receive the pills how do you know what is really in them. If I ever get the 6 bottles I ordered and paid for, I'll take them to a compounding pharmacy and ask them to analyze the content. Scams fill the internet I saw this Freerange ParaPurge in hundreds of ads on Facebook. They know how to advertise make it look real charge you and Hide. Don't be an online Fraud Victim Post and tell the world and help someone else not fall into their scam.
was on their web site to order 1 pura purge bottle. they had pop up adds that said other customers also bought extra bottles. I tried to only buy only 1 bottle but the adds kept popping up every where my mouse went. I tried to cancel but the web site wouldn't let me. I finally just closed the page. weeks later I received 5 bottles of pura purge and 2 bottles of the tudca which I was unaware of. I searched my emails and found a receipt for 243 dollars they took from mt account without my approval. They also took another 49.99 dollars out of my bank account 16 days latter without my authorization or knowledge. canceled my card. Tried numourous times wo get in touch with the company to return and get my money back . They keep sending me an email saying my request was received and they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. this was a week ago. can't reach any one on the phone as it just plays music while waiting due to the call volume. Wish I wasn't scammed. I'm elderly, disabled and on a small, fixed income. this isn't fair or honest on their part.
