Delivery was within the time stated and all import duties were taken care of by Fruugo. The part ordered for my Jeep was a direct fit, even though the description never mentioned that the vacuum pump was compatible with a Wrangler JK. That is why I only gave 4 stars. Better description of the item is required. It is a mystery how Google search directed me to this part without there being any indication of compatibility other than the pictures. Very happy with the service and saved a fortune over paying the main dealer $1,200 for the OEM part.
Don’t order from this website. The products received were all fake. They take zero responsibility and for a return they expect you to ship the product to the retailer at your own cost by registered mail and only if the retailer accepts the return only then they may consider refunding your money. Thank god my order was less than $30. The retailer knows that the customer won’t bother to go thru all the headache of returning a package and if the customer did bother to go to the post office to do a return they can always claim they never received the return. Welcome to Chinese scams. And welcome to a horrible e-commerce website called Fruugo.ae. I miss Amazon. They pickup any returned package, at Amazon cost, and the refund happens within hours. That’s good customer experience. Not this rubbish.
My was supposed to arrive on march 11th but I still haven't received it. I got an email on 3rd of march saying my order was shipped but when I open the tracking link it says the order is in pre-shiment stage. There is also no way of contacting them. I tried contacting the supplier but that wasn't that much of a help too.
This company is a scam! I ordered a girls spider man outfit and on the website it says delivered ! I called imile delivery service and they keep repeating that it has been delivered.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I feel so sad about it as my daughter was looking. Forward to it. :(
I'm very disappointed l ordered an ultrasonic fish inverter on 15 Dec and only got a message saying your order was delivered on 29 Dec but l never got any delivery, lm trying to reach the help center but l can't mmmmmm this is a scam
Fruugo is a fraud! Do not buy anything from this website. I purchased a product from them once, the money was taken from my account, days later I received a message saying the item is ‘out of stock’ and whether I wanted to replace it with something else. When I said ‘no’ and I requested for a refund, the communication stopped from their side and all the previous messages were deleted by Fruugo.So, just a word of warning, do not fall into the trap.
