I ordered Spoil Batana Hair oil, received the invoice with no mention of the brand "Spoil" in the invoice. And the product description says Batana Oil with water and glycrine. Where as raw batana hair oil by spoil brand is pure and does not contain any other ingredient. I dont know how to cancel the order? Have written to the supplier to confirm the authenticity of the product. I am in doubt because the shipment is coming from China
I ordered Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Sweatshirt Long Sleeve Crew Neck Two Pcs. last oct 26, 2024 but until now I didn’t receive yet fruugo said estimated delivery November 11 -November 14, 2024 oh my god it’s very bad experience. Order number 169440047
I felt deceived buying from them, they appeared in my search and thought they maybe based in my home country until I saw how much was charged for delivery, over double the price that was originally quoted. No reply to my email following up and been waiting over a week for my products and nothing Further to Frugo response, the delivery charge originally advertised was doubled when I paid for it!
this is one of the lousiest companies, platform or whatever you want to call this enterprise on the globe. Fake help center, fake customer support and a website that only works for orders and payment, but not for any aftersales service. The access to the "help center" is intentionally overcomplicated, so that the customer gives up during the process. How such companies are even allowed to operate in the UAE is a miracle to me
