Order Number 158129809, I had ordered 12 boxes and the seller has sent all 12 boxes of expiry date of October 2024, how can anybody consume 12 boxes of 29 tablets in just 4 months, this medicine is for my mother, in anticipation of this order we did not but this medicine locally, now my mother is out of stock of this medicine, so I need to give her this medicine from the ordered 12 boxes , I can keep only 4 boxes if the medicine , so I need to return the remaining 8 boxes, I had to lay the local 5% VAT and customs charges on the whole order, which came first I total 75 dirhams, this is purely cheating on the part of the seller, if seller new the medicine has only 4 month expiry they should communicate this before dispatching, they could have informed you and you could have informed me, in this way I have lost confidence in ordering anything from your web site
I am writing to inquire about the status of my refund for order number 156690655, which was automatically cancelled on July 2nd. Vintage Wooden Ceiling Fan Ventilator With No-light 10 Nos x AED2,599.00 Total AED25,990.00. As per your cancellation policy, refunds are typically processed within 2-5 days as per email. However, I have not yet seen the refund credited to my account.Could you please provide me with an update on the status of this refund?
This is with reference to my order no. 155595045.The tracking says an exception has occurred and the parcel is returned and picked up by the shipper.This is sad. When will I get my refund for the same. There seems to be no telephone number for customer service of Fruugo in the UAE. I need help. This does not speak well of the company and the service.
Item was matching with the description, but the service desk is not helpful. Tracking service also was not working. Finally the item arrived the last day (within the promised time), for this I give 4 star, but please improve the service desk...
