unauthorized charge

I cancelled my subscription several months ago and I just received a charge for $102.77. I immediately cancelled again, but their policy is no refunds.BEWARE of their unethical business practices.

The agent was very professional. I’m canceling my service with fubo after years because of their merger with disney. I DO NOT WANT anything that is associated with or doing business with companies or corporations as woke as the disney company!

PROMPT PHONE SERVICE WHICH I AM GRATEFUL FOR AS I SPENT 73 MINUTES ON THE PHONE THE DAY BEFORE CANCELLING MY OPTIMUM CABLE. YOUR SERICE REP WAS VERY ACCOMODATING, PROMPT AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROBLEM WHICH I CREATED TRYING TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR FREE TRIAL. SHE WAS POITE AND PRECISE. AS SOON AS MY YOUTUBE SUBSCRIPTION IS OVER THIS MONTH I WILL CANCEL AND CALL YOU TO SIGN UP. THANKS AGAIN!

I would give this zero stars if I could. They are lying theives. I signed up for a free trial, and then they offered me my first month for $1.99. I accepted that offer, and they proceeded to charge me $18.21, and then said I was being billed for a hundred and some dollars more. I tried to reach customer service, but basically, they don't have customer service. You get to talk to a virtual assistant, which gets you absolutely nowhere. I doubt I will ever get my money back. What a f****** joke. I had to cancel my subscription to keep from getting charged further. So even though I already paid a shitload of money for this, I can't even use it. Usually streaming services at least let you use the month that you paid for, but when I canceled, they ended my access immediately. So they stole my money and wouldn't even let me use the service. I am absolutely livid. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!

what a terrible company!! i triad to send emails in hope that we could come to some resolve but just a waste of time! i did everything they ask but got the blow off. i ask them to send the proof that i was notified that my trial had been denied and that by continuing i would be charged for 104.98.but they didnt want to do that. and i didnt get a chance to choose the type of service i wanted to sign up for. i got charged for the deluxe package . i just wanted to get sports. so they charge your card as you are signing up and them say o refunds. i am on a fixed income and This amount that they ripped me off represents 2 weeks of groceries TO ME. SO THANKS FUBO FOR NOT CARING IF MY FAMILY GOES HUNGRY FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD THE LOSS!

Worst sports watching experience ever

Was watching the Peach Bowl. 4th & 1 in OT they cut away to broadcast the pregame yammering for the Rose Bowl. During the Rose Bowl (only at halftime now), the audio is (apparently a local OSU broadcast team?!?) is about 90 seconds of real time ahead of the video broadcast. The video broadcast showed about 3 mins of commercials while the game was being played live (still had the awful audio of the game).At $100/mo you expect certain quality - probably the worst experience I've ever had with any streaming service ever. This isn't a problem with a movie, it's a live broadcast of a sporting event (which, let's face it, prolly 90%+ Fubo subscribers are after the sports).I try to be understanding but at this moment it'd be almost impossible for me to recommend Fubo to anyone ever again...

Trash service, advertised lies

Trash service, I got a free trial to watch IIHF world juniors hockey only to have it not show up anywhere on my account, even in the search bar. As soon as I canceled my trial it showed up and upon clicking, I was brought to the screen to pay, having wasted my only free trial. It's an absolute scam, watching the tournament for free with the trial is advertised on their website and it's a boldfaced lie.
