Be careful what you click in account management!

Likes:- Fubo is one of the few streaming providers that still offers a free trial- Web interface is easy to navigate- Roku app interface is very similar to other apps and easy to navigate- Roku app performance (load times and streaming quality) is good in the few minutes of content I watched- It is easy to reach support through chat on website, with only a couple-minute wait for a human rep who was able to quickly and clearly answer questionsDislikes:- Clicking on a coupon offer (that I thought would apply at the end of my trial) immediately ended my 1-week free trial, minutes after I started it, without giving me any indication that would happen- Support has no ability to undo unintentional subscription changes made by a customer, so my 1-week trial was over before I ever got to view any content- Although support chat was not a long wait, it gave no indication of estimated wait time or position in queue for a human agent, unlike support chat I have used with other companies

Nothing Took 3 Weeks Of online chats…

Nothing Took 3 Weeks Of online chats before I finally Talked to A human. Finally got it taken care of.. I’m still waiting for some kind of copy of A Bill or Invoice!!!

Good service with deceptive…

Good service with deceptive cancellation policy. Will auto renew after a "pause" without notifying the customer. I'm disappointed with them overall - especially the 2 month additional billing that ensured my "paused" service will never become active again.

Great customer service!

After having my only credit card compromised, I had to cancel it and therefore had no way to pay my Fubo bill on time. I contacted Fubo by phone and after a very short wait was connected with a friendly representative. After explaining my situation, I was told not to worry my account would stay active until I could secure a new card and update my payment method. I wish every company delt with issues as effectively and efficiently as Fubo.
