I canceled the service in November

I canceled the service in November. I received a confirmation email. I just learned it wasn't canceled. Paying 2 extra months. There is no one to talk to. You end up talking to a computer and cannot rectify anything. They say the will not refund any money

Horrible streaming service with a pitiful collection of options…I subscribed to watch a game, then cancelled the service when I saw the weak content…since then they have ignored my actions and try to charge me daily in spite of my cancellation…warning to others, this is an awful streaming service with little to offer other than incredibly high costs and miserable content…If you like bad content and being ignored when you cancel you’ll love this business, just pathetic…Don Treadway

Thank you for this opportunity. Recently dropped cable and selected Fubo mostly for NESN availability (Red Sox) and unlimited DVR. We like the many program and movie options FuboTV has. What is a detriment is commercials, and especially with shows not being able to view when program/show returns while FF. Second dislike is not have full blurb of a show, the complete description of the upcoming "plot". Would like to see 4K programs available to record. By next football season being able to watch out of market games.
