Review Time
We canceled our subscription because the monthly rate kept going up and was getting close to the cost of cable before we stopped using cable (beware the promotional period). When we canceled, FUBO was supposed to stop streaming on January 5, which is what we paid for with our three month payment plan. The streaming stopped six days early. Not worth my time to deal with poor customer service, but thought others should know.
Trash service, I got a free trial to watch IIHF world juniors hockey only to have it not show up anywhere on my account, even in the search bar. As soon as I canceled my trial it showed up and upon clicking, I was brought to the screen to pay, having wasted my only free trial. It's an absolute scam, watching the tournament for free with the trial is advertised on their website and it's a boldfaced lie.
Careful of Fubo bait and switch tactics!!! I signed up for a 14-day trial and upon signing up it asked if I wanted their flash sale for $1.99 for the first month. Upon clicking the button it gave no confirmation of what I would be charged and instead charged my $17.66. I also lost my 14-day trial.I reached out to service and there where worthless. They said it was taxes and fees. When is the last time you bought something for $1.99 and the taxes and fees was over $15.Buyer beware on their so called exclusive deals.
Edrian was extremely patient and tried different things until the issue was finally resolved. This issue has been driving my family crazy for months and we were considering cancelling. Now we are not because the issue has been resolved thanks to Edrian. Now our Fubo is back to streaming without stopping every 60 seconds.
I canceled 3 months ago. I have been charged every month since then. I call every week and “cancel” my account but I have been charged for 3 months now. Online account has said it’s been canceled. Their support is genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I have never left a review until dealing with this. It’s criminal.
