I like the variety of programs

I like the variety of programs, particularly the sports. I would cut about 60 channels that are useless. I will be cancelling because now that Facebook is full of ads, my programming is shared with Facebook and ads from stuff I watch are everywhere. Bullsh***t.

Predatory Subscription Pause Mechanism

I had paused my Fubo subscription for multiple months in November. Unbeknownst to me, the subscription was unpaused for this pay cycle. I did not want to renew this service. I was charged $102.70 on January 30th, 2025. The subscription pausing service seems inherently predatory given customers cannot request refunds, and it seems Fubo can simply unpause my subscription at will. I intend never to return to this service again for my live television needs as the customer support for the service is inadequate and there is a recalcitrance to any refund mechanism in the system.

If I could leave a -10 I would. These people are criminals. I cancelled this joke of a TV service, and they still took my money and refuse to refund me. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE HERE!!!!!

The staff was friendly and my need was…

The staff was friendly and my need was addressed promptly. I had registered for a trial subscription but decided not to continue it. It was easy to cancel but I noticed that my account remained intact, along with my payment method (this was required to register for the trial) and I wanted all of that removed. That was completed.
