The Fubo Agent Shane went the extra…

The Fubo Agent Shane went the extra mile to resolve my issue which had a slight technical error and everything worked out perfectly in the end.i thoroughly enjoy watching my favourite sport - soccer especially the EPL ( English Premier League ) and my favourite team in England - Manchester United and also all the other 19 teams in the EPL. The Fubo televising of soccer and all other programs is excellent 👍. My hats off to Fubo!!!!!!!

35 minutes on the telephone to cancel

She was very polite and accommodating. But continually put me on hold.I think she wasn't well trained, so had to keep asking a supervisor. So we spent 35 minutes on the telephone to get one of 4 charges reversed from the free trial. Watch out. The website has pages of steps you must follow to cancel an account. And if you buy through Fire TV, you have to start all over.Had better luck getting Chase to dispute some charges.

ACTUALLY UNDERSTOOD PROBLEM AS DESCRIBED BY A NON-TECH PERSON

The customer service person I got was polite, understood the fact that as a Baby Boomer, I did not grow up with technology and that I was frustrated bc the Yankees schedule said the game would be streamed by FUBO, MLB, etc. Well....it wasn't. YES had the exclusive for that game. The problem was that being so new to FUBO, was I making a mistake? Missing someting? etc. She was excellent in describing exactly what I had done altho I had not quite remembered doing it. Tech is overwhelming to someone who isn't engaged in it day in/day out.

It would have been a 5 star, however, I spent 10 minutes speaking with a young man who was having trouble helping me. He eventually transferred me to someone else who helped me to immediately change my billing date. He was friendly, helpful and anticipated my only question during the process.

FREE TRAIL DOES NOT MEAN FREE

I signed up for a free trail, I cancelled the next day and was still charged. When I called to request a refund, I was told free trails are only in certain areas.

I started my 7 day free trial on July…

I started my 7 day free trial on July 14th,2024. I cancelled the same day because it wasn’t needed for the game I wanted to watch. After cancelling, the system charged me during the free trial period. I requested a refund, it was denied, even after showing clear evidence. The customer service reason, “the system doesn’t offer that option”
