The rep did a good job of explaining some changes to me. Fubo changed the order of the tiles that I see right after I sign in. They used to all be channels that we watched regularly and that was very convenient. Now it is a bunch of things that we do not watch and I wanted to know if there was a way to change it back as I had not found anything on the website or app concerning this. She looked into it for and found that it was not something that could be changed. I appreciate her effort on my behalf. This tells me that Fubo must be trying to get more viewers on those tiles presented after sign in.
Like the management of the icons for channels along the bottom of the screen. I wish there was not a restriction for viewing only 2 tvs at the same time. Most people have children that will not be watching the same programs as their parents.
I got a awesome agent that helped me get signed up with Fubo. I am not a technical person and she was so patient. She made sure that I understood everything. She walked me through step by step. You get such bad customer service anymore it is so refreshing to get a wonderful customer service agent. Thank You
Fubo tv is the worst subscription I've ever had. Their website was impossible to navigate, especially when you want to cancel your subscription. I wanted to watch MLB games, especially the Seattle Mariners and they are the only option I have in Alaska. They said I could have a 7 day free trial and then the subscription would be $59.99 for the first month and go up to $69.99 the next month. However, they conveniently neglected to tell you that doesn't include taxes...over $11 per month. Outrageous! Stay away from this scam!!!
I'm a new customer to fubo.tv. I selected a package to accommodate the channels for me and my wife. This pkg selection equated to $124.95 a month. At the start of the second billing period we noticed some channels missing. After speaking to customer service Fubo.tv altered channel package which , without notifications, which now means an additional $7.98 in order to view the channels I saw last month. So I requested cancelation of service.
I would not say my experience was great... the support person did a fine job with the limitations your system puts on her. I do not know the exact date my problem began occurring but I am unable to change "my favorites" on my television. I used to be able to do so and they appear the way I would like them to on your fubotv online site. However I cannot change them or get them to reorder on my tv creating a bit of a hassle. You(fubo) apparently has made a change and I cannot now make changes on my tv using my firestick. I would appreciate your attention to this problem or a solution asap. I have to believe there are a lot of firestick users out there in fuboland with the same problem.
OK, I really like Fubo. However, there are times when I find it difficult to locate a program that I want to watch. Sometimes I can't find it in the line up, other times it take too long for the menu to scroll. I would like to see a menu option that will jump an entire screen at once.I purchased a Roku stick so my wife could watch her favorites on a remote TV while on a trip caring for her mother and I could watch at home as well. But I found out that wasn't possible. The only option while traveling is to watch to watch on a phone or computer. Otherwise the service at home will be interrupted. For this I would like to see a cost effective upgrade that allows me to watch for the length of my trip. Whether a week or six or eight weeks.
