Fubo is the worst. I signed up and never was able to get it to work on my TV. Called to cancel but was told I had already paid and could not get prorated or any type of refund. Still had time left on the contract but could not access the serviceI took my complaint up the line and was told the same. Im out the money and never did receive any service. total rip off
great customer service, got 4 call backs in 1 day and all techs were very helpful. we were very skeptical about getting rid of cable and going with streaming but now that we have chosen Fubo we are sure we made the right choice!! our problem was with one of the stations not Fubo itself, but they solved it anyways thanks Fubo!!
Beware Fubo and free trials. They will wait 6 months and without warning charge your credit card. I thought I had canceled, they told me I had not, I had only paused apparently. Seems like an email that they are getting ready to start charging you again after several months would be an easy courtesy for them to extend to their customers. Not just suddently reach out and out right steal from you. Do not sign up for FUBO. They are thieves.
