Fubo and I entered into a contract, for x dollars they agreed to provide me with x channels. Now, they have defaulted and refuse to give me but $5.00 refund for the loss of 19 channels. I prepaid for three months on the quarterly program last month. I would be interested in a class action lawsuit against Fubo. Apparently they tend to sue others according to a google search. I guess Fubo is a trouble maker. I intend to contact my credit card company to get my money back for defaulting.
I've been with FUBO for many years, even though the startup years had many software problems. The last year or so, I thought FUBO was doing good. Recently you deleted many channels that I faithfully watched and added a list of trash channels and left me with no recourse, but to change.
Fubo dropped a bunch of channels on 30 April w/o the common curtesy of warning us in advance (banners at top or bottom of those channels letting us know this was to happen and how we could email Warner/Disney to complain to them....
I too am unhappy that we have Suddenly lost so many of the channels that we watched daily including magnolia network. No notice. I am currently checking other streaming services as I feel customers should be compensated with lower subscription fees for losing 16 channels.
Fubo's card "fraud" block on my perfectly good card that I use all the time and that my bank verified was perfectly fine after Fubo declined it made my experience not good. The agent who I spoke to was very good -- Fubo's system was not, and they lost a sale because of it.
