My questions were answered, the person was very nice.But I was caught off guard with the Sports fee attached to the plan I chose which was $79.99. I could have stayed with YouTube TV was paying $73.00 if I wanted to pay more, I would have paid an extra $15 for any channel - I would have been paying only $88.00. Now I'm paying $95.98. Why isn't the plan showing an extra fee for sports - especially when it shows sports included. "Not an add on".189 channels - 100+ sporting eventsYour advertising is not true - the fee should show up front.

Can't Sign Up

This company could improve by letting you sign up for their services. I tried to sign up with my day to day credit card, my travel credit card and both my debit cards. I don't carry balances on my cards, have a credit rating over 800, and have plenty of money in the bank, but every card was declined. I called Fubo customer support and you can't talk to a person. They say it is an issue with your bank, so I called the bank. They said a $1.00 charge wasn't attempted and nothing was showing as declined, despite me trying multiple times. The Fubo robot eventually says that you can't sign up for Fubo if you keep getting declined and then hangs up on you. I just want regional sports and can get them through a cable provider, but streaming would have nice. I have never had to work so hard to give a company my money.

Great product, but expensive. I explicitly use it for Braves baseball games, because there is no other option. I don’t mind price, but the fact that you can only have one device streaming is ridiculous. I haven’t had this problem with any other streaming service.

I have to call Technical Support every…

I have to call Technical Support every month because of internet and changing the IP address and I loose my local channels. The Technical Support Team have been great. I usually get my local channels back within a matter of minutes. Thank you each month for helping me out!

The worst for the money

The worst for the money. It keeps increasing in cost and offering less. It doesn't only glitch, it freezes and then comes back on 20 minutes into your show. An antenna would work better. You cannot enjoy a program ever. The popular the show, the worst the freezing is.
