Fubo TV disappointing

There are many ways they could improve. I chose a soccer match to watch this morning, but it wasn't the right teams. The stream was just highlights of old games. Not the first time that's happened. Interface on home screen is poor. It's supposed to display recorded games for teams you choose when setting up your account. It does not display this. So I have to use the search function to find games I want. Finally, there's no half time commentary for EPL games, they just run highlights of the half, which makes it seem Mickey Mouse compared to other sport streaming apps for roughly the same price.

Awful in so many ways:

Awful in so many ways:- streaming is awful, constantly buffering in the middle of games. I was watching a major football match but it buffered most of the game- advertising all the time , 20 seconds of the pre-game, 4-5 ads constantly, why are we paying them when we get bombarded with ads?- navigation also sucks- i hope they lose the contract next year, anybody is better than this service provider

Trial period enactment

My end of my trial period was supposed to be flagged with an eMail however I did nit get one. When I called to cancel after the payment was rejected by my credit card as suspected spam, the staff was very understanding and stopped the payment reprocessing and cancelled my membership. They did it in a very positive interaction and added that I would be welcome if I wanted to renew a membership in the future.

I have called support twice now. Fubo has the best ever support team. Most professional, most polite and the most knowledgeable team than any other service I have ever had to deal with. I can honestly say I don't mind calling Fubo for help!!
