Free trial??

Free trial to Spectrum subscribers due to issue with Disney. Tried to cancel with automated system. Billed $82.17. No refund per policy. Great free trial! Zero customer service. Offer a free trial, then charge for the month. Never would I use their service.Not interested in Fubu. Attempted to try your trial but you did not carry the game of interest. Thought we cancelled through your automated systems- after countless prompts. Was not aware of any issue until billed. Never watched a minute of any program. Understand your policy but if trying to attract customers, you are doing a miserable job. I would now never use or recommend Fubu.

Help with loading TV App

The FuboTv app wasn't loading and so I called and a tech walked me through it and got my tv app working. He was very understanding. So thankful!

Stay away from Fubo TV

Stay away from Fubo TV. I canceled my services on 10-3 and they debited my account on 10-6 for $96.10. Called them and told them I wanted my money back. They told me that was impossible to do... so please stay away from this service. They will still your money!!!

Multiple add-on packages needed to get what should be included in base price

Today I was looking to watch a particular football game and was directed to fuboTV through their advertising. I went to sign up for the package that included the network I needed. At the time of checkout they added an additional $10 charge for regional fees or something like that. No big deal. Once activated, I went to try to find the game and couldn’t locate it. Called fubo and ended up on the phone for 30 minutes to find out that I needed to add some other package for additional payment to get the game I wanted. I think this is ridiculous. They need to make a singular sports package that contains everything. My experience was seemingly that to get to what I needed I had to add two additional packages off the base price. I’m actually a stockholder with fubo and can see why I have lost so much money on this investment.
