If they had a zero rating they would get it. On 10/8/28 I was attempting a free preview of the service to cut the cord with my cable company. Pressed FREE TRIAL and got a full charge of $88.98 for a month. Spoke with their Bot online in an ongoing loop, and I have already spoken to 2 customer service reps this morning for a total of 1.5 hours. No one is willing to help me other than cancel my service effective 11/8/23, which is not what I want. If they even looked at my account they would see I never even chose my channels and never used the service. I'm simply trying to get my money back for what I thought was a free trial when I pushed a FREE TRIAL button and then found out I was being charged almost $90 a month. They say I had an account back in 2018 which I have no recollection of whatsoever so I wasn't eligible for the free trial. They say I was informed of this but I don't recall seeing it. I'm thinking it should not have let me press the FREE TRIAL button if I had an account previously. Just a way to get the more money from a retired old lady. They say I can use the service until 11/8/23, but I wouldn't choose FUBOTV now when I cut the cord with my cable company if it WAS free. Horrid customer service.

The new app for Roku is a major fail

The new app for Roku is a major step backwards! Horrible change, that at least for Roku is much worse than the previous app! No longer a last channel function, no page up/down/across navigation, no sports submenus (arrow up), selecting subsections like “Favorites” doesn’t work on drop down quick channels. Navigation is much worse. Channel changes are no longer while still monitoring the current channel. Many settings are gone, like reorder of favorites. I may drop it, as it’s really not as good as it was. Makes no sense, must have outsourced the IT work, because it’s AWFUL!

I signed up for the 21 day free trail…

I signed up for the 21 day free trail on the 7th of October. It was supposed to be a free trail for 21 days. I watched 1 game and was charged $128.75 on the 9th. So much for a 21 day FREE trail. Now I'm jumping through loops to get a refund and cancel.

I cancelled the subscription the day it was about to renew. No refund. They charged me the next payment. The app doesn't work well. I have experienced several problems while watching fubo.
