My experience has been always perfect with Fwrd. Outstanding customer service. I am a loyal customer for more than 15 years.I just regret the new direction of the website to only focus on the celebrity style (Kendall Jenner). It looks like a fan account of this celebrity. Fwrd went from luxe and classy website to Singer22 find the celebrities style. All my Fwrd emails are too focused on this celebrity. I have to unsubscribe to your newsletter because it seems like people magazine editorials in your emails.
