If you are planning to use FWRD Don’t!! Never in my life have I had such a hard time ordering a shirt! I needed 1 shirt for an event I had coming up (should be a very simple order) so I paid with a suggested payment method after-pay at first and it got cancelled for no reason. I called them and asked what happened and they said usually klarna or after-pay should work because they got their own authentication process. I have $5k on after-pay I can use so it definitely shoulda worked I had way more than enough. She then told me my account got banned from this and needs to be unbanned which takes 2-3 days… wow, but the customer service lady was nice so I decided to wait 2 days to try again because they offered me free over air shipping for my inconvenience. So after 2 days I decide to PAY IN FULL with my dept card. And within 4 hours I got a gmail saying my order got cancelled, and that I’m banned and can never be unbanned and my house and information is blacklisted so that if someone visits or anyone in my house wants to order from them, they’ll get banned. WOW WOW WOW WOW I’ve never ever had such a problem ordering a shirt and to get a gmail TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL AND BLACKLISTED MY HOUSE. Wtf never, i immediately purchased the shirt from another website and delete the FWRD app. Shoutout to cettire for shipping out my shirt the same day I purchased it. So if you need luxury cloths for cheap and fast use cettire and ssensse, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them for years, only reason why I tried FWRD is because they market over air shipping next day. But yeah never ever again and this experience was the talk of the week in the office but at least now everyone knows not to order from them. So if you are planning to order DO NOT especially in full!! Their might be a glitch in their fraud protection team but DO NOT RISK IT!! And NEVER use ur card because they review your private personal details and make a decision. Never in my life I had something like this happen to me and I’m actually very offended. All this over just trying to buy a simple shirt and I get IP detailed banned like dang wtf. Anyways I’m never in my life going to shop with FWRD again NEVER!!!
