We used G2i to hire a React Native developer. The experience was quite smooth and fast, and I preferred it to other competitors and similar services. The options for contractors they gave us were quite good, and we are satisfied with who we brought on to help us with our mobile app.
I applied for a Front-End Dev junior role and then they gave me a Python technical interview, after that they told me i passed (when I knew I didn't) and then I started to learn their course for the final test where there was 2 incorrect questions that made me fail. You cannot do that to people
I’ve contracted four engineers through this company and have been consistently impressed with their service. Their vetting process is thorough, ensuring I only connect with top-tier talent. What sets them apart is their follow-through — they don’t just connect you with candidates and disappear; they stay involved, checking in regularly and asking how they can improve. They’re not just a funnel for talent, but a genuine partner who supports you throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
There is no communication with these people. As intermediaries profiting from connecting you with outlier, they should be interested in people. Not only does the whole process take 2 months, but despite sending several emails requesting clarification on a few matters and the process, the only responses I get are from bots that are completely off-topic. If anything goes wrong, you are left on your own and will probably end up working for free.
Don't waste your time. They will ask you to do a task or code review, then will ghost. No feedback. Months later, as if I've just submitted my candidature to the position in question, they will send a "new" invitation, to do the very same task. Ah, the email domain they use to reach out doesn't accomodate incoming emails - with ending '.ia', been this one which they let it available for contact (?), so if you reply them you'll receive a sent failure response. Spare your time and don't engage with them.
These idiots CLAIM to have a professional process in recruiting skilled engineers, however instead they are looking for cheap low-quality slave workers for their so-called machine learning platform. Unless you are cheap labour from India don't waste your time with these lot.
I applied G2i at the end of December, 2024 and received the first email from the company. It says I will enter the first task. I complete the task on time and I am sure I submitted it successfully. Few days later I received it's email again. It says I missed the task. So I write to ask whether I failed or they did not receive my test content. No reply email come to my mailbox until I found they sent me a notification of not considering my application.
