Review Time
We've used G2i as a provider for a while now, and the experience has been great. The candidates are well vetted, the recorded interviews are generally a very high standard, and every candidate that has joined the team has been a great contributor. They have also shown great flexibility over time, with incredible response times, and working around quirks in process.
With the help of g2i I have gotten several interviews and a couple offers, a contract and a full-time direct-hire position within 6 months of working with them. I see they also work hard to try to engage the community to foster connections or to help others grow professionally. I am not able to participate as much as I would like, but it's nice to see they make the effort to engage the community as much as they do. The path to working with them includes going through a technical interview that I think was pretty standard, but there are some JavaScript gotchas that I was not familiar with, though that didn't seem to impact me overall. This is my first time working with a talent agency. They seem to run things well from my perspective, giving people respect, and letting them know of opportunities that align with their skill set. This is why I've gotten the opportunities I have, and I appreciate the support and help over the past several months
I have joined the G2i community in 2021 and I have to say it's the best developer community out there. The vetting process is thorough and great, the people are amazing and helpful and the team shows you how much they care about developers and our mental health. Highly recommended
Great hiring company. I've been working for over 2 years with them and have had great experiences. Even when the contractor terminates the contract, they try to get a new contract ASAP. They make you feel that you are a part of a community, not just an asset. They try to help you evolve and improve your skills by offering free mentorship and courses.
