Bought a top of the range gazebo 16 mts ago the tent was up all last summer taken down in September, put up again this year spring time and again taken down now 1st fabric as got really brittle and faded 2nd window side panel ripped on seam after a windy day didn’t expect that on £500 tent customer service said it’s not under warranty but offered me a discount of 10 % on a new one which I found totally unacceptable The frames are good quality, however the feet are showing signs of rust , buy hey covered for 5 yrs but I guess not for that .but the fabric isn’t I would expect it to last a bit longer than 2 rubbish British summers certainly not worth the £500+
Only just received product (after issues with delivery see later). So impossible to comment on quality of this, but based on previous order should be fine. However...- Item was in stock, - ordered evening Friday 13th (should have known) September with next working day delivery- arrived in depot Tuesday morning-expected and tracked to arrive Wednesday.- was not actually received until this morning 25th September. ...meaning I did not have parts ready for an important trade fair where i was to use the gazebo.I do appreciate that delivery is not directly the responsibility of the supplier. But my purchase and transaction was with Gala and not the courier, so if the supplier cannot source a reliable local delivery company then I would likely consider purchasing from alternative suppliers in the future
I am very disappointed with your services on my last order. Placed an order before 2pm Friday for Saturday delivery. I was charged fir the products and the Saturday before 12 delivery ( nearly £35) But did not receive the delivery and when checked it did not show timing.. Tried call you Saturday morning eventhough your message says you are open till 14.00 no response. And no answer.Only got a message fir DX today saying you booked for today 9.30 delivery. And that was after 10 am today.Totally disappointed. If this was not possible should have told me before taking the payment. I have rejected the delivery. Please refund my payment and fir the delivery. I now have to think twice before ordering from Gala.Diy and house if tents are providing more choices and better price with much better service. I am not sure if I have chosen the right provider 12 years ago when I first started ordering from you.
