The people at Galatent went out of their way to help me get a printed gazebo order rushed through to meet a deadline (thank you Jade).When the frame arrived with a damaged crossmember they quickly arranged for a replacement part to be sent out with no questions.
Had my new canopy & side panels 8month they have now deteriorated so bad now gala tent customer service are accusing me of causing the damage why would I pay £250 for new covers & damage them myself the canopy is tearing at centre point & the side panels have lost there waterproof coating only st the folds when canopy was packed new Have a look at your customer service gala tent it is appauling
Got a gazebo for gala tent frame was fine the roof and side covers were very poor quality the roof ripped within months contacted customer support for warranty claim and was told it wasn’t covered total rip offI WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO
