Contacted seller with a question of where my order was. Got a reply same time mine was sent. Reply stated not send any more question as it would delay service. Got email that they were being shipped and date to expect. Quality was great and t-shirts arrived 3 days early. Can't thank them enough for thier customer service. Thank you Paul Ellinwood
Got my shirt in good time, but I felt it might have been a bit too small for the recipient. Got in touch with the company and they sent a replacement for only a small fee, and I didn't need to send the first one back. Totally delivered on what was promised and my friend LOVED the shirt!
Had a problem receiving an order. Despite having the tracking number, no one seemed to be able to locate it. UPS and even the local post office gave me the run around for over a month. Finally I contacted the company and they promptly gave me a replacement, I had it withing 1 week. Had the post office did a better investigation and realized it was not on the truck, I would have notified them earlier. I could have got the run around but I did not. Totally satisfied with their response and the mug. Would not hesitate to order from them again.
