I suspect the holiday season caused some delays, but overall, I’m pleased with the experience and much happier than spending a fortune elsewhere. They’re user-friendly, and I’m looking forward to getting even better with them.

My elderly in-laws purchased a hearing device that did not function as promised, and when they attempted to return it, they faced serious issues. The packaging lacked return instructions and an authorized address, forcing them to send it to a random routing address. This is concerning, as the company’s website advises against this address. Despite the return being identifiable, the company refused to acknowledge it and only issued a partial refund. This raises serious ethical and legal questions about their return policies and treatment of vulnerable customers. We are now pursuing the remaining refund through formal channels. Update: A full refund has now been processed, but the entire experience highlighted significant flaws in their customer service.
These hearing aids have proven to be completely ineffective, regardless of the settings. I have a more expensive set that works perfectly, and this experience has taught me that sometimes you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, I feel like I’ve wasted £150.

Very quick delivery and a great product. I have tried hearing aids before but didn't get on with them ( over the ear ones). These Hearwell aids are so comfortable to wear and they come with videos which explain really well how to use them. They have definitely improved my hearing.
