Exceptional Hearing Aids and Support

I decided to order these aids as my hearing had become a concern, especially with a lengthy 10-month wait for NHS services and a hefty price tag from others. I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. Initially, I encountered an issue with the right earpiece and worried I might have wasted my money, but I was pleasantly surprised. The support team was fantastic; they identified a fault I couldn't fix and promptly sent a replacement set within days. After using them for about 10 days, I can confidently say they have made a significant difference. I've nearly stopped needing to read lips while people speak. The service was outstanding, the devices are discreet, and I appreciate the ability to adjust volume and select different settings. I'm truly glad I invested in these aids.

Poor fit and frustrating return process

The hearing aids did not fit my ears properly. I reached out to the support team right away and was bombarded with requests for photos and information I had already provided. I've sent numerous emails attempting to return the aids but faced obstacles each time. Finally, out of sheer frustration, I sent them to the return address, but I’ve been informed that they cannot be located. As a result, I’ve only been offered £45 back from my initial payment of £149. This is unacceptable.

Disappointed with the service

My husband had his hearing aids for just one week before they ceased to function. We reached out to the company, and they responded within 24 hours. However, it has now been a month with four different representatives contacting us, all asking the same questions. My husband has already answered them and provided four videos, yet we haven't heard from the company in almost a month. This experience has been very disappointing.

Adjustment Period, But Worth It

It took some time to adapt to wearing them. There was quite a bit of screeching when inserting and removing them, which was somewhat bothersome. However, I used them for the first time at a Christmas party recently, where the background noise was quite loud. For the first time in a long while, I was able to engage in conversations with many people despite the chatter and kids shouting around us.

Easy ordering process.

The ordering process was straightforward. I initially had concerns about the low price compared to similar products from other retailers, but I decided to give them a try. The hearing aids arrived in excellent condition. I did need to adjust the ear tip on one side for a better fit. I noticed an immediate improvement. However, it will take some time to experiment with different modes and volume levels in various situations to achieve the best results. I've already discovered the optimal settings for regular indoor use. Additionally, I've experienced a slight enhancement in my hearing when not using the aids; sounds seem less muffled. Overall, these provide great value for the price, and I'm pleased with my purchase.

Extremely dissatisfied with this service.

I am very disappointed and would advise against trusting this firm. After testing their hearing aids for only a few minutes in October 2025, I realized they were not suitable for me. The device was uncomfortably loud and caused pain in my ears. I reached out to the company for guidance on reducing the volume, but they informed me that I should only wear the aids for a few minutes daily until my ears adjusted over a period of 45 days. Within two weeks, I sought a refund and asked for the return address, but my request was denied because I had opened the package. I received numerous emails from them with repetitive questions, and they continued to suggest the same 45-day adjustment period. After 18 emails, I decided to stop engaging and initiated a chargeback with my credit card provider. The company does not provide a phone number or address on their website or in their communications.

Incredible hearing aids that exceeded my expectations

I am genuinely amazed by the quality of these hearing aids. Although the delivery took longer than expected, I was relieved when they finally arrived. I'm still adjusting to them, but I'm starting to hear sounds I haven't noticed in a long time, which feels quite unusual yet wonderful. It's amusing how I have to turn the volume up on the TV when I'm not wearing them!

These hearing aids are very comfortable to wear once you've fitted the most suitable tip size for your ears. I’m still learning how to adjust the settings for my specific hearing needs, but I know it just takes some time and practice. Be sure to read the instructions—trust me, it’s worth it! It’s important to persevere, as you might struggle with the settings at first, but once you find the right adjustments, the improvement is remarkable, especially when the grandkids are around; now I can hear them clearly.

Avoid This Company

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Their website claims a 45-day trial period, but that is misleading. They took advantage of my elderly parents, refusing to issue a full refund while also charging them for return postage. The hearing aids were ineffective and unsuitable. When they sought assistance, they faced bullying and excuses instead of genuine help. Even after visiting their bank for advice, the company continued to deny any responsibility. They exploited my parents' vulnerability, and now they’re unhappy that their daughter is addressing this unethical treatment.
