Transfer completed successfully. Had to spend time checking what had happened to the bonus I was eligible for. It has now been clarified but the communication of the offer was poor and did not specify that it would be paid in stages over 2 years. Nor did it specify that tax relief was already included in the amounts.
The Transfer Department of Penfold are woefully bad. My experiences with attempting to achieve a Pension Sharing Order, issued by the Court, has been a terrible experience, met with amateur customer service. Penfold operates by giving the least/no information to delay and detract. This company really is a poor example of the New Pension companies - steer clear.
