Penfold pensions are a great company to have in control of my pension always quick to respond to my questions and great with communication and advice my resent withdrawal was smooth and effortless and extremely quick.
I don’t want to give any single person a special mention as the whole team are brilliant.

So easy to control my pension. I was paying a large % fee to an IFA who wasn’t doing a lot, so decided to go it alone as I work in financial services. The % fee has dropped considerably and controlling it is easy. Apart from this period of uncertainty when my fund has dropped over 5% I am confident over time this will be clawed back.
Their website for some reason walks you through on setup to change your pension contributions, even though everything was set up correctly. Then worse still, what you enter in the form can be ignored and after you click submit, it then changes the amount that you will contribute.Trying to raise this with them is a nightmare, as they say they will "get back to you in 1 day".I don't really have any trust they will get my pension right now.
