Emailed to ask for help with a temp NI number as an employee did not have one yet, and got a response instantly from Sümeyye with how to get this sorted. Very accommodating when my company policy was not able to use the Penfold portal to upload a document. Sümeyye kept me up to date with everything with quick responses and was overall great. Very happy.

Seamless set up and great support

Seamless set up and great support. I have been using Penfold for sometime now and it has been brilliant. Compared to Nest and Smart Pension, I have the complete process with Penfold a lot more easier and efficient.
