The quality of Snugly is amazing. I bought the Panda, Red Panda and the Dinosaur. All three are exactly as shown on the promotional adverts. The Snuglys give a proper hug. The weighted front arms really cuddle.I have bought these for my three grandchildren and I know that they will love their new Snugly friends.
Seems like my experience has been similar to others. Ordered, got the confirmation email, delivery date supposed to be 18th, received an email apologising for the delay.Delivery supposed to be Royal Mail but tracking number is for some other website and shows it as "unknown". Also seems to be linked to China. Only contact details provided are email. Have requested an update and a proper tracking number. Not surprisingly, no reply. Normally I would be patient but too many warning bells reading some of these other reviews.Am kicking myself for being duped by the fake positive reviews. Unfortunately I didn't see anything negative at the time I ordered. But hopefully the stream of these real reviews will put other people off.
I cannot recommend Snugly enough, the customer service from Yna was so helpful & supportive & put me at ease. I am very excited to see my child’s reaction when they receive theirs. The quality & softness is amazing & the weighted arms are genuinely comforting.
I ordered one of their snuggle bears, was told it had been dispatched, then on my contacting them when it didn’t arrive was told it was out of stock and they were expecting a delivery shortly so in effect lied. They can’t dispatch what they don’t have! By now they had had my money for 10 days and nothingTo show for it. I was assured when I said I wanted to cancel the order that a refund would be initiated. I am still waiting to hear 3 days later. You cannot speak to them direct as no phone number so all correspondence by emails. Very unsatisfactory, very unprofessional and as far as I am concerned my money taken under false pretences of having something when they didn’t.
I would give a 0 if I could. It has been 5 days since I replied to their email and have yet to receive a reply back to mine. There is no phone number to speak directly to customer service rep. My trust has been broken a number of times by their out right lies to the issues I brought up. I even cut and pasted their own ads and emails showing their contradictions and lies. I am a cancer survivor and am currently waiting to see if my cancer had spread yet again, so I don't appreciate the run around and BS. I have provided my phone number in each email, yet no one calls or has replied in almost a week. Unacceptable customer service. I would stay away from the company. I would also like to add that when I went back and read the positive reviews I noticed that the dates are the same for batches of them. This makes me think they are fake. When I read the negative reviews they complain of the same issues I have experienced. Makes you wonder. I wish I had noticed this prior to ordering. Hope this review opens the eyes of others that are thinking of ordering from this company. Buyer be aware. It took posting this review for this company to get back to me. Cancelling my order I will update on how long it takes for my money to be refunded. It took 6 days for a reply to my emails, hope it doesn't take that long to issue my refund. If it does, I will be sure to let you know.Update, wrote Michelle since she said she would be handling my case going forward. Have yet to receive a reply from her but I did receive one from Yna saying that my refund can not be issued until they receive the package back. I have pointed out that I declined shipment and it clearly shows on the tracking that the package is on route to them, so issue my refund. There is no good reason why the refund can not be issued. I never received the package in the first place, so there is no need to wait. This back and forth BS has been going on for over 6 weeks. So much so Michelle handing my case. This is just another lie told by this company. Buyer be aware!
Still not arrived. Delays, delays and my fb is now showing me the same items from Ali express at a fraction of the price, these items seem to be cheap Chinese goods being sold for premium prices.This appears to be a scam and i’ll be contacting my bank and fb. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I ordered many weeks ago, well before ‘Black Friday’ and have emailed customer service so many times and they have not replied once! They say “get in touch” for support but they give zero support. I’ve asked if they will arrive before Christmas, they don’t state delivery time at time of ordering. I’ve ordered 3 for my daughters. But they quickly said it will be delivered by Royal Mail but then all goes quiet. Really poor service considering they are heavily pushing the items !
Get Snugly are brilliant and so are their products. I was initially sent the wrong Snugly but this was quickly replaced with a lovely Red Panda one which is just so comforting to wear around my neck and put beside me in bed at night. I would thoroughly recommend getting a Snugly
