I liked my Snugly so much I bought more for friend and my grandchildren. They are extremely soft. The weighted arms are not too heavy but heavy enough to give comfort. They are very cute as well . In my opinion the only way they could be better is if they purred like a happy kitten. I recommend them . I have ordered from them 3 different times. I can't remember what date was the first one . I think it was in July , and my last order arrived the middle of September.

I suffer a lot with anxiety and stress. I chose this lovely snuggly (red panda) as it was big and so cute and resembled the real ones. Within 20 mins of the big hug, I start to calm and feel relaxed. She is beautifully made and excellent quality. She lies by my legs at night, and as I wake up several times during the night, she is of great comfort to know her weight is there. Ignore people that say it's rubbish, it's not they work and worth every penny!!
Absolutely awful, haven't received the two plushies I paid for. Have contacted them many times to get replacements sent. They refuse due to Royal Mail stating its been delivered, HOWEVER, have admitted the photo actually shows a different item being delivered. They have refused 7 times now to send refund or replacements.
Great service, although my order was slightly delayed they kept me well informed with regular updates. The panda snugly was very soft and made an excellent present for a panda loving friend who was struggling with stress. They thought it was the best present ever and have put it to good use.
relaxes my shoulders completely as working at a desk all day my posture is not always good as you can imagine so the snugly red panda is great for cuddling but also great to put on your back and over your shoulders, my daughter has autism and finds her snugly panda is a great comfort to her and keeps her calm
