Edit: I received a very good quality fluffy red panda on the 27th November. I am very relieved to say that it turned out not to be a scam, but the delivery was far too long. Ordered on the 5th Nov, thinking it was free Royal Mail shipping, received a confirmation and then a shipping notification. A week or so later got a notification saying it was delayed and out of stock. Chased as for a birthday present. Still nothing 2 weeks after ordering. Don’t order from here, I’m assuming it’s a scam.
It doesn't look like the parcel is moving as it still says " Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier."I understand that it is a busy time of the year. Had I realised the package was coming from abroad I would not have placed the order. All I saw was Royal Mail which led me to believe it was from the UK.You have advertised on your website that stock is low. So you cannot claim that you are waiting for more stock before filling my order, like other customers have been told. You are also claiming that orders placed today will arrive by the 6th December, a total of 7 days. My order supposedly is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier, it has not moved for 9 days.This has got to be a scam!When I delved deeper into 17 Track, the tracking number I have been given tells me "The following waybills (tracking number) have not been collected or have been shipped for more than 3 months". I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering.
It appears some people have been fortunate and received their order without issue. I am one of the unlucky ones. Like many others, my package is waiting to be 'picked up' by the courier. It has not moved for 7 days now and comms with the company are exceptionally poor despite numerous emails being sent to customer service and yna. I wish I had dug a little deeper because if I had the slightest notion that I was purchasing something from China, I wouldn't have done so.This was a present for my autistic son which will not arrive in time now and I am very disappointed and angry as the money left my account immediately. 10 days later - nothing.I'm not interested in the sentimental guff which the company post on here from 'Michelle' either which has the distinct whiff of AI about it.
I bought my first Snugly, Panda, just after my mum passed away. He brought me so much comfort and helped me relax and easy my stress. I’d seen a couple of sites doing weighted cuddlies, & was going with a different one when I thankfully found Getsnugly & felt theirs just looked so good that it made me switch to them at the last minute.I ordered two - the red panda & the green dinosaur (for my 6 yr old daughter & my 5 yr old son who has ASD) for Christmas.I just hoped that they looked as good as advertised when they came!It took a little longer to arrive than expected (but well before Xmas - & it IS a very busy time of year) but I contacted the company hoping they hadn’t got lost - & I got a very prompt response assuring me there was a short delay but they were still in transit.The company was SO lovely & easy to deal with - a very personal & reassuring service.Once they arrived I was DELIGGTED to see how lovely they were - they are beautiful & really soft & cuddly. I was also worried they might be very heavy - but they aren’t at all, the weight is in the front paws, so they are totally suitable for small children.I was so pleased with them that I immediately photographed them & emailed the company to say how grateful I was. Totally recommend this company.
Bought the snuggly Panda for a granddaughter who has a fee of issues and is a lover of cuddly animals,it's beautiful and I know she will give and receive lots of hugs ...it's a Xmas present so she's not seen it yet...it's weighted arms wrap around you..
